At L&L, due to hygiene, health protection, and the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed.
General Conditions
All items sold on this website are considered personal or intimate goods and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 103(e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 in Spain and the relevant European Union consumer regulations.
This policy is also compliant with U.S. consumer protection laws, where returns of intimate apparel are restricted for hygiene reasons.
Important Notice
We strongly encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully, check your size, and contact our support team if you have any questions before placing your order. Once the order has been placed and shipped, we will not accept exchanges, returns, or refund requests under any circumstances, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Defective Product
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including photos of the product and original packaging. We will review the case and, if applicable, offer a solution (replacement or store credit).
